Ethics is the foundation upon which DMAero was built, and governs how we conduct business. Our commitment to integrity, accountability, respect, and excellence, has made us one of the top small business aerospace and defense contractors. DMAero is dedicated to providing an ethical, safe, productive workplace, free from discrimination and harassment. This Code of Ethics and Business Conduct provides principles and guidelines that apply to everyone at DMAero, regardless of position or level of responsibility. This Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (Code) describes our commitment to these values and is our guide to ethical decision making. Ethical decisions are essential to developing trust with our customers, shareholders, colleagues, suppliers, and the community at large.
As a government contactor, we implement heightened scrutiny regarding compliance with the rules and regulations applicable to companies doing business with the government. Accordingly, we must ensure that our product and services are delivered and administered in a manner that fully complies with laws, regulations, and our contracts.

Fair Competition

At DMAero, we believe in the power of fair, open, and competitive markets — not only for the benefit of our customers, but for society as a whole. We are committed to ethical business practices and do not engage in any actions that could be seen as price-fixing, market allocation, or restricting competition. Accordingly, we strictly avoid:
  • Collaborating with competitors on pricing, market division, boycotts, or limiting services for anti-competitive purposes.
  • Making false or misleading statements about competitors.
  • Improperly receiving or using proprietary or confidential information, including competitors’ pricing data.

Integrity is central to how we do business — always legally, fairly, and transparently.
